Day 7 and Day 8 were peaceful. I studied two books: EZ Solutions Math Review: Algebra GMAT and EZ Solutions Math Review: Arithmetic GMAT. I learned some handy tricks in the Arithmetic book. I never knew how to figure out if a number is divisible by 12; the number must be divisible by 3, and the last two numbers must by divisible by 4.
I did no practice problems. It was tough. I was tempted to open up the GMAT Review, the 11nd Edition; however, I kept my promise to do no practice problems. Next week, I will complete at least 600 questions; therefore, I can spend a few days away from practice problems.
Trust me; I am nervous about the GMAT. Otherwise, I would take the GMAT by the end of July 2009. Hopefully, I can raise my test scores by 100 points during the month of July. It will be a tough task. Nevertheless, this journey is not supposed to be easy. I must train hard; I must believe in my ability; I must persevere. The road is still long, but the road is getting shorter each day.
