Jason Cunningham explains why he believes that high gasoline prices are here to stay.  In spite of all of the political talk, we have probably seen the last of $1.65 for a gallon of gasoline, unless the politicians raise the level of federal income taxes. Then again, this may not be enough to help the situation.
