Why A Bad Relationship Can Be
Bad for Your Health!
By Jason Cunningham (7/29/2005)
The title of the article may sound
personal, but your health is an important subject. Being in a destructive relationship can lead to
serious heart ache, illness, and an inability to cope your business and social
responsibilities.
Anyone who has been in a bad
relationship does not need another study that shows how negativity in your life
can also be harmful to your health. People have a need to feel good about
themselves; therefore, good self esteem is a commodity, but when the person you
date or marry does not have this goal in mind, it is better to be by yourself.
You should look into the mirror
before leaving the house, especially after you shave or put
on makeup. Sometimes our
eyes may be bloodshot from crying. If
you start to feel anxiety or trapped because of a bad relationship seek help
from someone you trust, and if that does not work, seek
professional medical advice.
