Barry Bonds: Sports Most Celebrated Villain

 Is there a more hated athlete than Barry Bonds? If there is such an athlete, he or she needs to change. In the meantime, Bonds remain the ultimate heel in sports, in my opinion.

 I remember as a child people saying nasty things about baseball's Barry Bonds. Now that I am approaching my thirties, I still hear terrible things about Bonds belittling others. Maybe Barry Bonds is just misunderstood. He probably does some good things in the community.

Nevertheless, Barry Bonds gets no love, even when he hits home runs. Former Pittsburgh Steelers Jack Tatum, who showed no remorse after paralyzing a man, is showed more homage. You see where I am going with this? Bonds draws such negativity that you just do not want to give him any due. In the world of villains, Bonds would be Lex Luthor, Superman's arch enemy.
