Dealing with Faith
By: Financial Shopper Network
People often live their lives through the
faith of their religion.. It usually involves their personal idea of what faith means to
them. Exploring one's faith is an essential point of development in one's life.
Faith as it relates to us, deals with our
everyday experiences that help shape our fundamental views about a "higher
power." It can be said that often people attribute good health, wealth, success,
and failures as lessons and blessing from the "higher power" which they believe
in. Some individuals' faith in a "higher power" involves doctrine found in a
specific religion. Christians for example believe in one God, and that Jesus
Christ is their Lord and Savior, who died to save them from their sins.
Generally those who believe that a "creator" or that a "being" watches
over us, feel that we are led by this "higher power."
Faith teaches people to usually believe
in something we cannot see. Most of us believe that the "spirit" or
"higher power" hears our cries and prayers, and understands our place among the
humans living on earth. And yet, many would argue that our lives and the
blessing we perceive to receive are a direct result of the "higher power" taking
care of us. In some some small cosmic universe, some believe that their actions
of faith are to further human achievement through good works towards bettering
humanity, which is pleasing to their "higher power."
No one's faith can be measured by another
human. Faith can help shape who we associate ourselves with, or what is read or
said in speech. Dealing with your faith should be your personal journey through
life, where a thirst of knowledge and understanding is utmost.
