Reggie Bush is Going to Win
the Heisman
By: Jason Cunningham (12/10/2005)
If anyone wins the Heisman trophy
other than USC's RB Reggie Bush, then a recall of the votes is warranted. He is
the best college football player I've seen since former Oklahoma State
University RB Barry Sanders entertained us on Saturday afternoons. Reggie Bush
is so good that sometimes you believe you are playing a video game instead of
watching him on TV.
While last year's Heisman Winner, USC
Matt Leinart will probably finish third this year in the ballot behind Bush and
Texas QB Vince Young, he will be there to support his teammate. Honestly,
Leinart probably would not have the trophy without the help of Reggie Bush.
However I am waiting fir his reaction as Bush's name is read at tonight's
Heisman ceremony.
I would not be surprised if Bush gets
every first place vote. He deserves all of them and no one should be
disappointed in my statement. Reggie Bush was the best player this year.
By the way, the first football head coach at my alma mater, Oberlin College was
John Heisman, as you know is the person the Heisman is named for.
