Thoughts on Tiger's British Open Win

 The 2005 British Open was highlighted by the passing of the torch. Jack Nicholas bowed out of his final British Open tournament, and left the golf world safely in the hands of Tiger Woods.

 Not only did Woods, golf's present and future accept homage from the "Golden Bear" Nicholas, but went out and won his second British Open. Tiger outpaced the field by 5 strokes. Now Woods has 10 Major victories, and stands just 8 from tying Jack Nicholas' record of 18.

 While many experts did not expect Tiger to win at St. Andrews, he proved the TV and radio analyst wrong. If there was any doubt about him being the greatest golfer of today, then you significant evidence to prove he deserves the crown.
