Carl (Jerome Woods) Gibbs makes his way to the room marked S.I.U. It is a password protected facility, it is check in time for him. Carl is meeting with his boss at the FBI office:

John Arnold (FBI Regional Boss): Jerome Woods how are you doing?

Carl (Jerome Woods) Gibbs - Am I still undercover?

John Arnold: Yes Carl, but one last mission before your retirement, we are surely going to miss you, remember I brought you into the bureau. (chuckling)

Carl (Jerome Woods) Gibbs - So after this I can go back to normal life and resume my identity, right, so what is the mission chief?

John Arnold: You are going to infiltrate a drug smuggling operation at Macon County Prison. As a prison guard, I want to get in get the information so we can make a bust on the outside. It make go higher than we originally think, so immunity may have to be offered to a drug dealer. I want the supply to stop. Carl Gibbs one last time

Carl (Jerome Woods) Gibbs - Thanks. I will get the job done.

John Arnold: Be careful, before you say another word, this could be dangerous if you need backup at anytime just holler. You have made something of yourself, your parents would be proud, because I am, and wish we had more people like you.

Carl (Jerome Woods) Gibbs - (sighing) I appreciate it chief, you took a real chance on a trouble teenager, and that meant a lot of me.

John Arnold: Get out of my office before I cry.

Carl (Jerome Woods) Gibbs - Yes sir, I'll come out alive as usual.
